This memo was an introductory report in Senior Design I where each student in the group was required to gather as much information as possible regarding their chosen topic and make an initial selection based on gathered options. 

My chosen topic was on the maneuverability of an underwater ROV. This led me to focus on components such as the thruster, blades, housing, power supply, etc.
